Terms and Conditions

• If the guest cancels the booking after 30 days of booking it are refundable, but the GST amount will be deducted. And also deduct the bank charges.
• Need 100% payment for confirmation of booking.
• For group booking, the guest has to pay 20% advance, which is not refundable, and the rest 2 weeks before group arrivals.
• 100% amount is non-refundable for last-minute bookings.
• 100% amount is non-refundable on festival seasons (19th Dec- 15th Jan)
• Transfers connectivity depends on climatic conditions.
• Seaplane facilities are from morning 6 am to evening 6 pm after 6 pm there is no seaplane facilities due to safety precautions and climatic conditions.( seaplane transfers are unavailable at night)
• If international flights are delayed or rescheduled for any reason, the amount paid is not refundable until or unless the guest informs the management through proper mail or in any way. In this case, refunds are based on the management policy of selected brands or resorts.
• Meal plan for the child depends on the resort management policy which Tawi has no role.
• Child below 2 years has to pay a green tax.
• Child transfers and accommodation is chargeable or notchargble based on the selected resorts policy.
• Bank charges depend upon individual’s bank policies.

• No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed in the room. The Hotel reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.
• This reservation is not transferable.
